Jaime Jorge Performs at El Paso Central
Jaime Jorge, the internationally renowned violinist, performed a Christmas concert at the El Paso Central Seventh-day Adventist Church on December 14.
Jorge, a native of Cuba, played a combination of both sacred Christmas carols as well as other well known hymns.
“Music is the second-most powerful force in the universe,” Jorge says. ”Love is number one because it says that God is love. Let us use music as a way to reach out to people and fellowship with one another.”
“He was great, excellent! Just as good as the last time I saw him. You can see God working through him every time he play. I’m always blessed,” says Mario Morones.
“It was AWESOME! A marvelous concert,” says Prospil Liwanag.
Many were blessed through his music. An offering for “La Voz de la Esperanza” was taken at the end of the concert.
